New judged awards for Europe 2016

Four new self-entry categories for the IR Magazine Awards – Europe 2016

Alongside the usual awards handed out to Europe’s top IR teams at the IR Magazine Awards – Europe, including the coveted grand prix for best overall investor relations gong, this year there will be four new judged awards.

The self-entry categories will see winners named for best use of multimedia for IR, best investor event and best IR for a corporate transaction. There will also be a rising star award for investor relations professionals under 35 that will look for individuals bringing fresh thinking and a unique approach to the profession.

While the main IR Magazine Awards are, as usual, determined by the European investment community, the judged awards are open to nominations from IR professionals and teams at any company listed and domiciled in Europe.

Entries can be submitted directly by individuals or companies being nominated, or by vendors or service providers on behalf of their nominee. The closing date for entries is April 14. Once the nominees are in, winners will be decided by a panel of judges made up of IR Magazine editorial team members and investment professionals, including:
Candice de Monts-Petit, senior editor, IR Magazine
Abigail Herron, head of responsible investment engagement, Aviva Investors
Tim Human, editor, IR Magazine
Nicholas Melhuish, head of global equities, Amundi
