London-based outsourcing business Capita has today announced that Stuart Morgan will join the company in September as director of IR from easyJet, where he has held a similar role.
Prior to easyJet, Morgan held senior investor-facing roles at automotive services company RAC, coach operating company National Express and testing laboratories firm Eurofins Scientific.
In 2018 he was named best IRO in the UK by the IR Society.
He says in a statement: ‘I am excited to join Capita and play a leading role in communicating to existing and potential investors the many ways in which the company is transforming.
‘The services provided by Capita on behalf of its public and private sector clients are vital. I look forward to working with investors to support Capita’s long-term growth ambitions.’
Capita chief corporate development officer Rupert Green adds: ‘Stuart joins Capita during a period of corporate transformation. We are delighted he is joining us.
‘I am confident [he] has the skills and experience to communicate to existing and potential investors not only the progress we are making as a business, but also the scale of opportunity available to Capita as it transforms. I very much look forward to working with him.’
Morgan holds a degree in law and accounting from the University of Manchester and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000.
