CytoSorbents, the Nasdaq-listed healthcare company, has appointed Terri Anne Powers as vice president of investor relations and corporate communications, effective June 1.
Most recently, Powers served as vice president of IR at Diplomat Pharmacy, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group last year for $300 mn. Prior to that, she worked for French company Veolia Environnement as its director of North American IR.
Powers began her career as a chemist and later worked as a sell-side analyst covering the healthcare industry for Prudential Securities and Robert W Baird. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the Investor Relations Charter credential, which is operated by NIRI.
