Robert Higginbotham is the new vice president of investor relations at US-based retailer Foot Locker.
Higginbotham, an experienced analyst across the buy side and sell side, most recently worked at expert network Guidepoint Global where he led a team focused on the consumer and retail sectors.
Prior to that, he worked as senior analyst and co-portfolio manager at Brazilian financial services company Banco BTG Pactual.
Other previous roles include vice president and senior analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and vice president in equity research at Goldman Sachs.
'Significant' experience

Higginbotham takes over the IR role from James Lance, who is becoming vice president of financial planning & analysis at Foot Locker.
