Denmark-based Genmab, an international biotechnology company, has appointed Marisol Peron as corporate vice president of communications and investor relations.
According to the company, she is now responsible for the strategic management of both internal and external communications and IR efforts for Genmab.
Peron brings more than 20 years of corporate communications experience from the life sciences industry in the creation, implementation and management of both internal and external corporate communications strategies.
She was most recently vice president of communications for North America at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals. Prior to that she spent 17 years at Sanofi, where she led communications for the vaccines division in North America and held various communications roles for Sanofi’s oncology, cardiovascular and diabetes business units.

The company recently hired Andrew Carlsen as senior director of investor relations, and he continues to be the contact point for investors and analysts.
