The Home Depot has appointed Isabel Janci as its new vice president of IR, effective February 16.
Janci will succeed Diane Dayhoff, who is retiring as vice president of IR after 15 years in investor relations and stock administration with The Home Depot. Dayhoff will spend a month working on the transition, before stepping down in mid-March.
Between 2005 and 2009, Janci worked alongside Dayhoff at The Home Depot. Since then she has led the investor relations functions at Novelis, Intercontinental Exchange and, most recently, Global Payments.
Dayhoff is retiring after a nearly 40-year career, including her time with The Home Depot and as a vice president of finance at Continental Airlines.
‘We’re very pleased to welcome Isabel back to The Home Depot, and we thank Diane for her tireless dedication to the company and our shareholders over the years,’ Carol Tomé, The Home Depot CFO and executive vice president of corporate services, says in a statement.
