Johnson & Johnson names new head of IR

Jessica Moore joins company from Janssen Pharmaceutical

Pharmaceuticals and healthcare giant Johnson & Johnson has named the former Janssen vice president and CFO for EMEA as its new head of investor relations.

Jessica Moore, who brings ‘20 years of strong, diverse and international financial experience spanning sales operations, corporate and regional positions’, will take up her new position on November 1.

She will report to Joseph Wolk, executive vice president and CFO of Johnson & Johnson, who says Moore’s ‘knowledge of our business and industries positions her well to convey Johnson & Johnson’s strategies and outcomes to the investment community and other key stakeholders. Her dedication to innovative solutions and commitment to talent development will have a positive impact across all aspects of our business.’

The firm describes Moore’s position at Janssen as one where she ‘played a critical role in the analysis of financial performance, assessment of risks and opportunities and maintenance of a strong compliant environment.’

Moore also held various leadership positions at Baxter International, where her focus was on bringing the company’s EMEA business back to growth. Johnson & Johnson says she further led a ‘transformational project’ to standardize and centralize financial processes across Baxter’s commercial and manufacturing entities.
