Fortune 200 firm Lincoln Financial Group has appointed Tina Madon as senior vice president of investor relations, effective immediately.
Lincoln Financial Group is a holding company that operates multiple insurance and investment management businesses through its subsidiary firms. In her new role, Madon reports to Chris Neczypor, the firm’s executive vice president and CFO, and also becomes part of the Pennsylvania-headquartered firm’s corporate leadership group.
In her new venture, Madon focuses on enhancing Lincoln’s IR strategy and managing the firm’s communication and engagement with shareholders, analysts and the wider investment community.
‘Tina is a well-respected, strategic thought leader in the financial industry who has an excellent track record in navigating multifaceted financial services companies, leading strategic financial initiatives and fostering meaningful relationships with the investor community,’ says Neczypor in a statement welcoming Madon to the company.
Madon boasts a three-decades-long career across several roles in financial services, beginning her career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
Before joining Lincoln, she worked at Focus Financial Partners where she led the IR function alongside the firm’s corporate communications for nearly five years.
The Chicago Booth School of Business MBA holder was also head of public markets IR and creditor relations at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group for a decade.
