Last year marked rise in female CFO numbers in the US, even as women held fewer top IR positions
Does investor relations have a senior leadership gender problem? Today’s women in IR are less likely to hold the top spot than they were in 2022 and the gains made in the pre-pandemic years have largely been rolled back.
