People moves: New heads of IR for US Energy Development and Enovix

An internal promotion for Mark Lillis at the Texas-based exploration and production company

US Energy Development Corporation has announced the promotion of Mark Lillis, formerly its senior marketing manager, to take over as its new head of investor relations.

The Fort Worth, Texas-based exploration and production firm, which develops energy projects throughout North America, said that the promotion would reinforce its core ‘investor first’ focus.

Lillis, who has served on US Energy’s marketing team for three years, has a background as a financial analyst and accountant in the energy, banking and public accounting sectors.

‘I couldn’t be more excited for both the firm and for Mark,’ says Matt Iak, executive vice president at US Energy. ‘The combination of Mark’s tenure with US Energy and his analytical ability should be the linchpin our team has desired. I couldn’t be happier that Mark has accepted the challenge and taken the next leap in his career.’

‘I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited to continue supporting US Energy’s growth in this new role,’ Lillis adds. ‘Our investors are crucial to our success, and I look forward to working closely with them to drive our strategic goals forward.’

Meanwhile, lithium-ion battery maker Enovix has announced that its head of IR Charlie Anderson has left the company to be replaced by Rob Lahey, formerly head of IR and business development at Maxeon.

The Nasdaq-listed firm, which went public in 2021 following a $1.13 bn merger with the SPAC Rodgers Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp, is headquartered in Silicon Valley and maintains battery plants in India, Korea and Malaysia.

Announcing the reshuffle on LinkedIn, Enovix’s CEO Raj Talluri says that while he will miss Anderson’s ‘expertise and energy’, he is also ‘excited for him’ as he pursues a new opportunity.

‘At the same time, we are thrilled to welcome Rob Lahey as our new head of IR,’ he adds. ‘Rob brings a wealth of experience, having led investor relations and business development at Maxeon. We are confident that he will continue to build on the strong foundation Charlie has established.’

Andersen says that he will ‘truly miss working alongside Raj and the entire team at Enovix, which is world class’.

Writing on LinkedIn, he adds: ‘Thank you to all my colleagues at Enovix past and present for your tremendous support and friendship. And thank you to the analysts and investors for your willingness to learn and appreciate the Enovix story. I look forward to keeping in touch with all of you!’
