Several IROs have found new roles at the beginning of the new year, with new team members in place at Innoviz Technologies, Coeur Mining and Sandoz.
Ada Menaker, formerly director, investor relations at Global Foundries, has joined autonomous vehicle software company Innoviz Technologies as its new vice president, corporate development and IR.
Writing about her new role on LinkedIn, Menaker says: ‘I’m honored to join such a great team, and it’s especially exciting to be able to hit the ground running at [The Consumer Electronics Show].’
Elsewhere, Tiffany Kanaga has returned to pet pharmaceutical maker Elanco as its vice president, investor relations and ESG.
She joins the Greenfield, Indiana-based company from Walgreens Boots Alliance, where she served as vice president, global investor relations for three years. Prior to that, she was head of IR at Elanco for 17 months and held various equity research positions, including at Deutsche Bank and the Buckingham Research Group.
Over in Chicago, Illinois, Ryan Kiras has been promoted to the role of investor relations manager at precious metals producer Coeur Mining.
He previously worked as lead analyst, investor relations after joining the firm in 2022. Prior to that, he was a financial analyst in the strategic planning and analysis team at Guardian Industries.
Over in Switzerland, Craig Marks has joined pharmaceuticals company Sandoz as its new head of investor relations.
He joins the Basel-based company from Ipsen, where he served as vice president of investor relations for four years. Prior to that, he held similar roles at AstraZeneca, Halfords and Britvic.
Finally, David Lloyd-Seed – who most recently served as head of IR at UK betting company Entain – has joined IR consultancy JLC Investor Relations as an investor relations adviser.
Writing about his new position on LinkedIn, Lloyd-Seed, who also served as the chairman of the UK IR Society for three years, says: ‘I'm looking forward to putting my own experience to work in combination with the unique and hugely value-add of former fund managers' perspectives of the JLC IR team and helping to drive improved value appreciation for companies.’
