Second, form links within your own company. This gives you quick access to information and allows you to pass on updates regarding competitors and transcripts to your colleagues.
Third, ensure everyone who contacts you gets a call back. Even if you have to contact an investor later because you don’t have the information he or she wants to hand, this is always better than no information at all, Davis concludes.
