Silvia Scagnelli, head of IR at Yoox Group, says that while the company is focusing on IR best practice rather than doing anything drastically different, Yoox Group’s ‘pretty wide free float’ means it needs to maintain a constant engagement with shareholders.
The Italian online fashion and design retailer was founded in 2000, going public nine years later. This year the firm – which powers sites for top brands including Roberto Cavalli and Giorgio Armani alongside its own multibrand websites – won the small-cap grand prix for best overall investor relations at the IR Magazine Awards – Europe 2013.
