Current IR chief moves to Home Box Office
Time Warner has appointed Jessica Holscott as head of investor relations, replacing Mike Kopelman who has been head of the IR group for the last three years.
Holscott joined Time Warner in March this year to work with and ultimately succeed Kopelman, who is joining Home Box Office as senior vice president of finance for strategic planning.
Previously Holscott was at Delphi where she was vice president of IR and treasurer, responsible for communicating the company’s strategy, growth prospects and financial performance to investors and analysts.
‘With nearly two decades of experience under her belt and extensive knowledge of financial operations, Jessica is the right person to lead our investor relations effort,’ says Time Warner CFO Howard Averill.
‘In her previous role at Delphi, Institutional Investor ranked Jessica and her team as the top investor relations officer and top investor relations team, respectively, in their industry. In the months since she has joined Time Warner, she has already become an integral part of the company’s corporate management team.’
Before Delphi, Holscott spent 16 years at General Electric working her way up to CFO of GE Asset Management, where she led all financial operations.
