WR Grace & Co has promoted Jeremy Rohen to vice president of corporate development and investor relations.
In his new position, Rohen continues to have responsibility for leading corporate development and strategy, in addition to overseeing Grace’s IR program. He continues to report directly to senior vice president and CFO Tom Blaser.
Grace’s chair and CEO Fred Festa says in a statement: ‘I want to thank Tania Almond for her contribution in her role leading Grace’s investor relations program over the last several years. Tania will remain with the company for a period of time as we work toward executing a seamless transition.
‘[Jeremy] has been instrumental in our corporate development strategy and execution and we are thrilled he will now assume leadership of the critically important investor relations function. I look forward to his contribution as we strive to further expand and enhance our engagement with the investment community.’
Columbia, Maryland-based Grace supplies catalysts and engineered materials. Rohen has been vice president of corporate development, strategy and treasury at the firm since March 2016. He joined Grace in 2010 to lead its M&A and corporate development activities.
Before joining the company, he spent 10 years with boutique investment bank and corporate advisory firm Seale & Associates.
