Letter from a CEO

Editor's note: CEOs are more and more important in IR. But how do they view the function and work with their IR teams? In this issue we are introducing a new feature – Letter from a CEO. As the name says, the column will regularly have letters from chief executives explaining their views on IR: how it works in their company; what they think makes good IR; what's missing; what they contribute to IR; and what they rely on the IR department to take care of. To kick off the column, Michael
