Investors should welcome Singapore's revised governance code
In July, Singapore’s Ministry of Finance published a revised version of the Code of Corporate Governance, which is effective from January 1, 2007. The code was first issued in 2001, and was due for a revision to bring it into line with changing market conditions and global best practices.
