Angelica Castillo
Angelica Castillo is currently the IR Manager and Corporate Controller of Shell Pilipinas Corporation. Through her leadership, Shell won the Gold Stevie Asia Pacific Award for Innovations in Investor Relations in 2021 and enabled the Company’s first 2-Golden Arrow Corporate Governance Award in 2023. In the same year, Angel won IR Magazine’s Best Investor Relations Officer (small cap) in South-East Asia.
Prior to Shell she was a management consultant at BP in Singapore and has also led several Mergers & Acquisitions projects while at KPMG where she was recognized as the Advisory Star for Asia Pacific. She earned her degree in BS Accountancy from De La Salle University (Philippines) and is a Certified Public Accountant. Angel is a CFA Charterholder and has completed her MBA in INSEAD.
Joan Cosico
Joan Cosico is the Chief Investor Relations Officer for Citicore Energy REIT (CREIT), the Philippines’ first renewable energy REIT listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).
She is Director of Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation (CREC), a leading developer and operator of pure renewable energy and concurrently serves as its Chief Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Branding Officer.
Prior to joining the Megawide-Citicore group in 2016, she held various senior executive positions and key commercial, operations and IR functions during her 15-year stint at one of the country’s largest diversified conglomerates in the Philippines.
Ms. Cosico holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA in Business Management, Major in Finance from the Asian Institute of Management.
Ajaya Intaraprasong
Ajaya is currently the Head of Investor Relations at Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited (BDMS), the largest private hospital operator in Thailand. With over 15 years with BDMS, her role is to lead the investor relations functions and to assist CFO on new investment projects.
Prior to joining BDMS, her work experience was in Investor Relations for a commercial bank in Thailand where she held titles of Vice President during her time in management. Earlier, she had for the past ten years been in corporate finance, accounting and auditing with firms such as Capital Nomura PCL, The Industrial Finance Corporation of Thailand (IFCT) and Ernst & Young.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (Thailand) with a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. She also holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honors from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
Vikash Jalan

His professional narrative unfolds with impactful roles, where he spearheaded finance and strategy functions across diverse segments, showcasing his versatility. Vikash's deep-rooted knowledge extends to capital markets and investor relations, marking him as a sought-after authority in the field.

Jeannie Ong
Jeannie Ong is an experienced Investor Relations (IR) and Communications leader with 30 years of expertise in elevating corporate profiles, strategic stakeholder engagement, and leading investor communications for listed companies and startups across various industries. Her extensive career includes senior roles where she developed and managed IR and Corporate Communications functions from the ground up. Her last corporate role was as the Group Chief IR Officer at MyRepublic Group, a fast-growing telco in the Asia Pacific. At MyRepublic, she handled IR, public relations, and stakeholder engagement, guiding the company’s communications strategy towards an IPO. Additionally, she effectively navigated a crisis communication situation involving a data breach incident, demonstrating her proficiency in managing complex issues with stakeholders and regulators.
Previously, Jeannie held multiple senior executive positions at StarHub Group, a major Singaporean telco, where she excelled as Chief Strategic Partnership Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Her achievements in these roles include spearheading StarHub’s IPO, establishing a robust IR framework, and securing high rankings for sustainability efforts, contributing to StarHub’s recognition on the Global 100 list of most sustainable corporations. She has also been recognized for her IR acumen, receiving the Best IR Officer title in Singapore multiple times and being named among the Global Top 25 IROs.
Beyond her corporate roles, Jeannie serves as a Founding Board Member and IR Advisor for AetriaHealth in Thailand and is actively engaged with the Singapore Institute of Directors, coaching board members in stakeholder engagement and crisis communication. She sat on the Board of Investor Relations Professionals Association Singapore (IRPAS) from 2012 to 2020 and currently sits on the Board of National Arthritis Foundation in Singapore as well as the editorial Board of IR Magazine. Jeannie has been the judge for IR Magazine SEA for many years. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from London and an Advanced Diploma in Healthcare Management and Digital Health from Singapore.
Rami Piirainen
Rami is currently Vice President of Investor Relations at Big C Supercenter PCL, Berli Jucker PCL’s modern retail supply chain, a role he has held since 2023. Prior to his current position, Rami was Vice President of Investor Relations at Berli Jucker PCL from 2016. Under his IR leadership, Berli Jucker has won multiple IR Magazine South East Asia awards, and in 2021 IR Magazine recognized Rami as the Best Investor Relations Officer (mid-cap).
Rami started his career at Churchill Pryce IR in 2005, working in IR consulting, before accepting the role of Director of Investor Relations at Big C Supercenter PCL in 2011. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Jitima Ratanatam
Jitima has been working in Investor Relations at Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS), the largest private healthcare operator in Thailand, since 2016. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Chulalongkorn University.
With over 10 years of experience as an equity analyst at TISCO/ Deutsche Securities and Kasikorn/ Macquarie Securities, Jitima has covered a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, hotels, petrochemicals, automotive, food, and airlines. Her background as a healthcare analyst gives her a unique perspective on the needs of analysts and investors, allowing her to effectively communicate the company's business model and enhance the overall value proposition of Investor Relations.
Jindatip Sirikunakorn
Jindatip is a seasoned business leader with extensive expertise in investor relations, strategic communication, and business transformation. As the Head of Investor Relations at Berli Jucker (BJC), she oversees stakeholder engagement and drives initiatives that align with the company’s vision for sustainable growth.

Jiraphan Thongtan
Jiraphan Thongtan is a highly accomplished Investor Relations Officer with over 20 years of experience in shaping and leading investor communication strategies for some of Thailand’s top companies. Inducted into the Investor Relations Hall of Fame in 2023, Jiraphan has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to promoting transparency, trust, and value for investors and stakeholders alike.
Jiraphan holds dual Master’s degrees in Finance and Business Economics. She began her career at Robinson Department Store Plc. (ROBINS), where she discovered her passion for financial communication and stakeholder engagement. During her 13 years with the company, her ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights gained her recognition from senior leadership. This propelled her career forward, leading her to CP ALL Plc. (CPALL), the largest company by market capitalization in the commerce sector.
During her time at ROBINS, Jiraphan simultaneously served as Head of Investor Relations and Company Secretary for two listed companies. She played a crucial role in successfully executing the rehabilitation plan after Thailand’s 'Tom Yum Koong' financial crisis, helping ROBINS’ to re-entry into the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

Chama is Senior Investor Relations Manager with over ten years of experience in financial communications and stakeholder engagement.
Currently at Bangkok Dusit Medical Services PCL, Thailand’s largest private healthcare operator, she specializes in building relationships with the financial community, conducting data and competitor analysis, and preparing strategic presentations. Her expertise lies in effectively communicating the company’s vision and performance to investors and analysts.
Chama is dedicated to fostering transparent communication between BDMS and its investors, leveraging data-driven insights to drive investor relations excellence.
She holds a Master of Science in Finance with honors from Texas Tech University and is a certified member of Golden Key International Honour Society, the world’s largest collegiate honor society for graduate students. Additionally, she earned Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, majoring in Public Finance, with First Class Honors from Chulalongkorn University.
In her free time, Chama is a mom of two, which keeps her busy and fulfilled. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and also makes time for personal interests, such as listening to music and watching movies – great way to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Marisa Watthaphanich
Marisa Watthaphanich is currently Executive Vice President of the Corporate Secretariat Division at KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED. She joined KASIKORNBANK in 1997, starting her career in the Financial Planning Department as an Investor Relations officer and later moving to the Office of Corporate Secretary as Head of Investor Relations.
Harold Woo
Harold Woo is Emeritus Adviser for Corporate Access & Investor Relations at SGListCos, an association of Singapore listed companies.
He was ex-Senior Advisor for Investor & Partner Relations in CapitaLand Limited. He joined CapitaLand in 2003 and relinquished his position as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations in June 2015.
Post retirement from CapitaLand in May 2017, he assumed a senior advisory role at WeR1 Consultants Pte Ltd, a boutique investor relations, corporate strategy and media communications company, from September 2017 till October 2018. During the 13 months tenure, he was responsible for account management of a few mid-cap companies. Besides performing the mainstream investor relations activities as an agency, he was actively involved in assignments relating to strategic transformation, crisis management, pre-IPO preparation, M&A and corporate restructuring.
He took on a senior advisor contract with Sasseur Asset Management Pte Ltd from February 2019 till January 2020. In addition to mentoring the in-house IRO, he helped to widen coverage of the stock by sell-side analysts, raised media coverage of the company and enlarged its pool of investors. Sasseur REIT was one of the top performing S-Reits in 2019, with a total return of 53%.
He has almost 20 years of stockbroking experience in institutional sales, securities trading and investment research. From 1990 to 1999, he was with Vickers Ballas & Co Pte Ltd, progressing from Director of Institutional Sales to Global Head of Institutional Sales. He opened an equity sales office for Vickers Ballas in the City of London in 1995 and was its CEO until 1998. Prior to 1990, he was Associate Director at James Capel Far East Limited, an international stockbroker. From 1981 to 1985, he was research manager at Ong & Co Pte Ltd.
Harold garnered the Best IRO award in IR Magazine – South East Asia Awards in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011. In 2012, he was named as one of 25 Best IROs of last 25 years by IR Magazine. In December 2015, he was bestowed a Lifetime Achievement Award by IR Magazine. He was on the judging panels for IR Magazine Awards 2017 to 2021 - South East Asia and Greater China self-nomination categories.
He was the President of Investor Relations Professionals Association (Singapore) (“IRPAS”) from 2012 to 2021. He served as the Honorary Secretary of the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (“SIAS”) from 2015 – 2017 and remains as a consultant. Harold is on the faculty for the Listed Entity Director Programme conducted by the Singapore Institute of Directors (“SID”).
