Tim Human is senior reporter at IR Magazine. He rejoined the publication in 2019 after two years working as a freelance writer for a range of international clients. Previously, he was editor of IR Magazine between 2013-2017. He has also written for Corporate Secretary, IR Magazine’s sister publication, and CorpComms, the UK-based magazine for corporate communications professionals.
Christian Bacherl, founder, ACCNITE
Christian is founder and managing partner of ACCNITE Group. ACCNITE was founded in late 2019 as a specialized capital markets and IR advisory boutique as well as IR-SaaS provider aiming to level the playing field for listed companies. Christian’s responsibilities include client advisory as well as business and product development.
Prior to founding ACCNITE he was a member of the executive board of a Germany-based broker focused on issuers from the German, Swiss and Austrian region with a global institutional client franchise. Christian’s direct responsibilities included corporate finance, capital markets, corporate brokerage, and equity research. Christian started his career in banking as an analyst in equities syndication in 1997 at a German wholesale bank which was later acquired by UniCredit where he worked on German and continental European ECM transactions across market capitalizations until 2010. His roles included Head of Equity Syndicate, Co-head of Equity Capital Markets and Head of Equity Capital markets. Christian holds a B.A. in Business Administration (European Business School) and a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences (James Madison University, VA, USA).
Martin Praum, head of investor relations and group reporting, PATRIZIA
Martin Praum is Head of Investor Relations & Group Reporting at the international investment manager PATRIZIA AG. Until mid-2017, Martin was Head of Investor Relations at Deutsche Postbank AG and before that Head of Corporate Communication & Capital Markets at IVG Immobilien AG with responsibility for Group Communication, Investor Relations and Corporate Office.
In addition, he can look back on many years of work for various banks, such as Deutsche Bank, Sal. Oppenheim and ABN Amro as a sell-side stock analyst for real estate stock corporations, banks and financial service providers. During this time, he accompanied IPOs and capital increases in the real estate sector with a total volume of around 9 billion euros. Martin Praum has been lecturing on Capital Markets & Investor Relations at the IREBS Real Estate Academy since 2013.

Caspar Tudor, director, investor relations, Waters Corporation
As Director of Investor Relations at Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT), a US-based large cap life science tools company serving pharmaceutical, industrial and applied end markets, Caspar leads the company’s comprehensive, modern investor relations program.
An experienced analyst, Caspar often leverages the insights he developed from the buyside in his role, including with respect to investor messaging, engagement and ESG. Prior to Waters, he held successful roles as Vice President of investments at Alex Brown Institutional Consulting, and at JP Morgan as an investment advisor within its asset management division.
A key part of Caspar’s role today is communicating Waters’ core business transformation and commercial movement into higher-growth adjacencies that have emerged in biologics such as in bioprocessing and in novel modalities such as mRNA. Meanwhile, he is a key member of Waters ESG program and reporting process, which has achieved notable results. Waters currently scores favorably according to several of the leading ESG evaluators and is a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. On the 100 most sustainable companies list, Waters was ranked #6 for 2022.
Caspar is a member of the Manufacturers Alliance Investor Relations Council, as well as the National Institute of Investor Relations (NIRI).
