Some might say it's turning into something of a love affair, such is the fondness for talk of shareholder value in the boardrooms of Auckland and Wellington. Among the latest moves is a requirement for all state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to include value-based reporting within internal reporting documents, and eventually to move this into the annual report.
