In his role as co-head of the sustainable investment office at Metzler Asset Management, Jan Rabe is responsible for the integration of ESG into portfolio management and oversees the firm's ESG investment strategy. Prior to his role at Metzler, Jan gathered ten years of experience as a European equity strategist for Deutsche Bank's investment banking division and also led the bank's ESG efforts in equity research. Jan holds a Diploma degree in business administration from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and is a certified ESG analyst by the European Federation of Financial Analysts Society
